CRM Executive

We are looking for an CRM Executive with experience in digital marketing to join our Marketing Department. Responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of the CRM and email marketing plan. The role is based in either London or Harrogate, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Head of CRM, the CRM Executive will be responsible for the strategy, planning and execution of the CRM and email marketing plan. The role will be responsible for the end-to-end activation of the global CRM activity calendar, covering all NEOM direct to consumer sites and standalone stores. 

 

The CRM Executive will work closely with the Head of CRM to manage all existing CRM channels, as well as supporting the rollout of any new channels to assist with the wider businesses’ growth ambitions. The role will ensure that commercial targets are met and that a superior customer experience is delivered through communication channels.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  Work alongside the Head of CRM to define and activate the CRM strategy for all D2C stores, as well as any additional international stores on launch. Ensuring they meet customer and commercial objectives, driving retention strategies and LTV.
  Define and implement the CRM strategy for all standalone stores and pop-ups. Working closely with the Retail Cluster Manager to ensure the stores commercial and brand objectives are achieved, driving footfall and retention. 
  Work alongside the Head of CRM to increase the proportion of segmentation conducted within the CRM strategy. Identify key customer cohorts and activate segmented CRM campaigns to these cohorts based on the stage they are in in their customer lifecycle. 
  Adopt a test and learn approach across CRM. Create and implement a CRM testing plan, to achieve optimisations across the channel, due to an improved understanding as to what resonates with customers.  
  Brief all CRM campaigns into the design and content teams to meet SLAs. Ensuring that all communications are reflective of the wider customer and marketing strategies. 
  Manage the internal sign off process for all CRM campaigns to ensure all stakeholders have approved the campaigns ahead of deployment. 
  Complete CRM reports covering all KPI’s to feed into, and optimise, upcoming plans. Share these results across the business to share successes, flag challenges and encourage cross-departmental learning.  
  Provide creative ideas for assets, copy and storytelling for the CRM channel and utilise best practice, data, and customer insight to ensure that it delivers the required customer and commercial targets. 
  Carry out competitor research on CRM channels to inform the wider team of any relevant trends/theme to support the marketing strategy and plan. 
  Seek out and test new innovations across existing CRM channels and new channels to stay at the forefront of the industry, and further increasing the mix of business from CRM.  
  Work collaboratively with the Head of CRM and Head of Digital Marketing to drive the lead generation and paid retention marketing strategies.  

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  Minimum of 1 year experience in a digital marketing role. 

  Visually creative and able to identify best-in-class visual assets and create ideas for our activity & storytelling. 

  Proven experience of working in a commercially focused retail website with strong loyalty program and customer retention strategies. 

  Able to assess data, identify trends and gather insights. 

  Proven ability to work independently and manage areas of the activity calendar. 

  An understanding of US & European markets would be a distinct advantage. 

  High energy, willingness to learn and the desire to get stuck in. 

  Team focused with a can-do attitude and a positive, growth mindset. 

  Strong organisational skills, attention to detail & excellent communicator.
