FAQs about scented candles

How can I make my candle last?

1. Trim the wick: Before lighting your candle (excusing the first burn), cut the wick down to no shorter than 5mm to prevent large flames, soot and uneven burning.
2. Keep the wax pool clean: Remove any debris or dust from the wax to prevent unsafe conditions.
3. Store appropriately: Keep your candle out of sunlight and heat. It should be in a dry, cool place.
4. Burn time: Burn for a minimum of two hours to ensure the scent is fully thrown, but avoid having your candle lit for more than four hours as this can damage the wick.

What's the difference between 1-wick and 3-wick candles?

Our luxury candles are available with single-wick or three-wick options. Each brings a benefit, depending on your space and your needs.

Single-wick: They hold more than enough power to fill a room with scent, making them ideal for bedrooms and home offices alike. We also stick travel candles in compact sizes so you can take a wellbeing boost with you to hotels and work.

Triple-wick: A stronger fragrance that is thrown further, ideal for larger open-plan spaces or one that calls for a powerful aroma, like your kitchen. The trident of flames offer a delightful visual treat as they dance together. Three-wick candles also come in a larger size, so will last longer.
