Create A Small Self-Care Moment Every Day
"During the dark and cold winter months, I make time each day to do something that makes me feel positive. Try The Pomodoro Technique For Time Management
"I work from home and use the Pomodoro Technique for time management. It’s all about focused work for 25-minute intervals and taking five-minute breaks. Stick To A Good Sleep Routine
"Sleep is so important so making this a priority definitely helps my general wellbeing. I find having a sleep routine is the best way to do this and I try my best to go to bed and get up at similar times – even at the weekend. "I was going through an incredibly tough period at work and the pressure was becoming overwhelming. A friend suggested I take time out to meditate.
