To get the full Real Luxury Scented Candle experience, allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly.

  • Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
  • Trim the wick before every use to no shorter than 1cm
  • As you inhale the relaxing de-stress candle fragrance, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds

Candle care: Never leave a burning candle unattended. Burn candle out of reach of children and pets. Do not burn candles on or near anything that can catch fire. Do not touch, may be hot. Avoid direct inhalation of any smoke. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not move a burning candle. Never use liquid to extinguish. Snuff out the flame, do not blow it out. Place candle upright. Remove all packaging before lighting. Do not place near a heat source. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Do not burn in a draught. Prevent leaving candle unused for prolonged time. Do not use if vessel is damaged. Place on a heat protected level surface. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish if candle flame flickers, smokes or gets too high. Allow the wax pool to harden before re-lighting the candle.

Hi Can you tell if its possible that a product could be old stock and ifvso, would it lose its fragrance. I bought the real luxury candle and it has no fragrance at all. Im so disappointed as all the other products Ive bought are amazing. The perfect night sleep range. Oil, magnesium cream, and bath soak. So i decided to try a candle. All the reviews were so good that's why im disappointed and think maybe its old stock. Its put me off buying any candles now If you can help.. thanks

As we only use 100% natural fragrances and our beautiful candles only contain 100% natural wax, we recommend they are used within 24 months so they are enjoyed when ingredients are at their best. After this time the ingredients will start to degrade naturally and may affect the burn and fragrance you experience. We hope this helps! Love, NEOM x

Recent changes in guidelines have required us to modify some of our aromatic blends of which includes our Real Luxury Fragrance. It came to our attention that Brazilian Rosewood, an essential oil in our Real Luxury fragrance, had recently been added to this list so we have endeavoured to reformulate and replace it at the earliest opportunity. Rest assured that we have worked our magic to ensure our much-loved Real Luxury fragrance profile is as unchanged as possible and recognisable as the iconic cashmere-blanket of calm in our collection. The complex blend containing Lavender and Jasmine will continue to help you de-stress wherever you are whilst the new addition of Sandalwood brings a calming note of woody warmth.
