  • We recommend cupping your hands over your nose and mouth whilst following the breathing technique, in for 7 seconds and out slowly for 11 seconds

Very nice hand cream

"Just need a tiny amount to get the desired result. Only slight issue is that the tube is very small at 30ml making it not nice to give as a gift. Customer services was excellent when I called about a delivery problem."
