1. Pour a capful of the Perfect Night’s Sleep Bath Foam into the running water to create your natural bubble bath. Soak for at least 10 minutes and use some simple breathing techniques…breathing in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 seconds. 
2. Massage the equivalent of a heaped teaspoon of the Perfect Night’s Sleep Magnesium Body Butter all over your body. Use daily. 
3. Spritz the Perfect Night’s Sleep Mist on your body ad the area above your pillow. Lie back ad breathe in the lavender scent through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds.
