"What amazing service!!!. The first point if service is so important! The young lady on the Customer Servuce was knowledgeable and very heloful. I had tried the previous day to buy online but the offer wouldn’t work. So I called. All sorted! My parcel arrived within 24 hours. Opening the box filled the room with exquisite aromas. My purchases were very well packed in a study box with thick paper protecting them.( all packaging recyclable!) Tastefully designed bottles, again recyclable, full of beautifully scented products, all simply enhancing my shower room shelf. My skin feels fresh, restored, delicately scented and moisturised, just perfect. Perhaps refil packs could be made available to cut down on costs but overall with the special offers available this does not have to be a one time expensive purchase! Fully recommend 😄"
