There are three easy ways to use yours...   

1. Diffuse through your Wellbeing Pod. Add a few drops of your chosen Essential Oil Blend to your Wellbeing Pod or Wellbeing Pod Luxe.   
2. In the bath. Add a few drops directly to your bath whilst the water is running to really supercharge your soak.   
3. In the shower. Add a few drops into a bowl of water, diluted and place into your shower tray*. Let the oils release their 100% natural fragrance for the ultimate wellbeing experience.   

*Take care not to get the oil into eyes or onto the tiles/shower tray directly. Rinse away after use.
