Simply fill the tank with water, being careful not to exceed the maximum level, then add 5-10 drops of your chosen NEOM Wellbeing Essential Oil Blend. Children under supervision must not play with the appliance. • Appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the appliance.72h means: Clean the water tank every three days.• The parts directly in touch with water are able to effectively suppress the activity of Candida albicans, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.• Be aware that high humidity levels may encourage the growth of biological organisms in the environment.• Do not permit the area around the appliance to become damp or wet. If dampness occurs, use the appliance intermittently. Do not allow absorbent materials, such as carpeting, curtains, drapes or tablecloths, to become damp.• Unplug the appliance during filling and cleaning.• Never leave water in the reservoir when the appliance is not in use.• Empty and clean the appliance before storage. Clean the appliance before next use.• Micro-organisms that may be present in the water or in the environment where the appliance is used or stored, can grow in the water reservoir and be blown in the air causing very serious health risks when the water is not renewed and the tank is not cleaned properly every 3 days.Refer to manual for Safe use before using NEOM Pod.

Hello. I use a CPAP mask when I sleep because I suffer from Sleep Apnea. Would the pod be effective in that case?

Hello, I’ve had my diffuser for around 2 years now so it’s got a little dirty, what cleaning products do you recommend using for best results? I’ve tried a few but they don’t seem to get it back to how it was when it was a bright white colour.
Hello Jade, if you are experiencing stubborn stains on your Wellbeing Pod we would recommend using a watered-down solution of rubbing alcohol. Please do patch test it first. from NEOM x

I'm afraid our Wellbeing Pod does not come with a remote, it is only our Luxe Pod that comes with a remote. NEOM x
