• Use our Perfect Night’s Sleep Essential Oil Blend with your Wellbeing Pod or add a few drops to an evening bath to boost your nighttime routine. 
• Allow our Perfect Night’s Sleep Scented Candle (1 Wick) to fully pool before blowing out (we recommend a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4) to allow for an even burn. Trim the wick no shorter than 1cm. 
• Spritz your pillow or bed linen with our Perfect Night’s Sleep Pillow Mist last thing at night and sink back into the dreamy aroma. 
• Scoop a little of our Perfect Night’s Sleep Wonder Balm on to any areas of dry skin that need it, as you wind down before bed. 
• Pour a capful of our Perfect Night’s Sleep Bath Foam into running water and soak for at least 10 minutes to really feel its effects as you prepare for sleep. 

Perfect Night's Sleep Essential Oil Blend 10ml

NEOM Wellbeing’s essential oil blends are 100% natural and are not diluted with any carrier oil. They must be diluted before being used on the skin. To dilute them safely please follow the instructions (below / above). Not suitable for use on the body during pregnancy. Essential oils can cause sensitisation to the skin. Always use essential oils with care. Discontinue use if a rash occurs. If you have sensitive skin do a patch test before using over a larger area of skin. Do not dispose of unused essential oils down the drain. In concentrated form they can be toxic to aquatic organisms and may cause long term adverse effects in the aquatic environment. NEOM Wellbeing’s essential oil blends should never be taken internally. Essential oil blends should be kept away from sensitive areas such as eyes. If the oils do come in to contact with the eyes, wash thoroughly with cold water and seek medical advice if needed. All essential oils should be kept out of the reach of children, if a child accidentally swallows an essential oil blend seek medical advice immediately. Avoid spillages. If you do spill, wipe up immediately. Best stored away from heat and light and should be used within six months of opening. Contains: Linalool, Linalyl acetate, d-limonene, Eucalyptol. Warning: May cause an allergic skin reaction. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Avoid release to the environment. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Always extinguish the candle and do not relight when the wax is less than 1cm. Always burn on a heat protected surface.

Contains: Linalool, Linalyl Acetate, d-Limonene, Eucalyptol. Danger: Highly flammable liquid and vapour. May cause an allergic skin reaction. Causes serious eye irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects. If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces. - No smoking. Avoid release to the environment. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/container to approved disposal site, in accordance with local regulations. Conduct a stain test on the reverse of fabrics prior to using.
