"An excellent cleaning kit, but this being my second time purchasing it would have been better to be able to buy the cleaning solution on its own. I do not need to buy new cleaning cloths & bud every time, so it feels wasteful. A larger bottle of cleaning fluid would suffice and give better value."

didn’t help

"my diffuser isn’t producing scent and i bought this to clean it and it didn’t help. customer service won’t help me bc i don’t have a receipt but the store only emails it, and they can’t find a record of it. i have a credit card statement with the purchase, but the receipt is buried in my email last year and no one seems to want to help me resolve the issue. doesn’t make me confident about buying more things from this brand if there’s lacking customer support to help when devices don’t work within the first year."

How do I clean the ceramic cover? Mine has gone dull
Thank you for your question. You can soak the ceramic cover in hot water for an hour or so and wipe clean to remove any final Essential Oil residue. Make sure that the ceramic cover is completely dry before putting back on your Pod. NEOM x
