Are essential oils safe for baths?

Yes, bathing with essential oils is safe to use as long as they’re diluted properly. For a full bath, no more than 12 drops are recommended. However, we find that 2-3 drops are the perfect ratio for a delicious soak.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication, please seek advice from a medical professional before using.

How to use our bathing essential oils

1.   Start the taps running, ensuring your perfect balance of hot and cold.

2.   Pour 2-3 drops of your chosen bathing essential oil directly under the tap.

3.   Leave the bath to run – close your bathroom door to get the additional benefits from inhaling the infused steam.

4.   Soak for 10-20 minutes to reap the wellbeing rewards of your oil.
