How do I care for my winter candle?

To get the most from your winter candle, follow these handy tips: the first burn should last for 2-4 hours to allow an even melt and avoid a wax pool forming; keep your candle away from draughts; use a candle snuffer to extinguish the flame to avoid wax spraying onto surfaces and to keep the wick straight; trim the wick when it's cool to around 5mm before relighting; and cover it when not in use to keep off dust.

How long will it take for my winter candle to arrive when I order online?

The delivery time will vary depending on the shipping option you choose at checkout. NEOM offers a range of delivery services, including standard delivery at 2-4 working days, next day delivery the next working day if the order is placed before 4pm (if placed after 4pm, please allow for an extra working day), and international delivery at around 7 working days.
