• Pour a capful into running water to create your natural bubble bath with essential oils
• Soak for at least 10 minutes
• Use some simple breathing techniques…breathing in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth for 11 seconds, helping you prepare for those extra ZZZ's. 

Perfect Night's Sleep Intensive Skin Treatment Candle

Light the candle for 30 minutes to create a pool of oil. Blow out the flame, let it cool for 2 minutes, then drizzle the warm oil into your hands and over the body. Massage in to deeply nourish and hydrate skin. 

Tip: Trim the wick to 1cm before lighting and after each use (once the wax is set) for an even burn.

Remove all packaging before lighting. Do not place near a heat source. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Do not burn in a draught. Prevent leaving candle unused for prolonged time. Do not use if vessel is damaged. Place on a heat protected level surface. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish if candle flame flickers, smokes or gets too high. Allow the wax pool to harden before re-lighting the candle.
