To get the full Perfect Night's Sleep Candle experience, always light all 3 wicks at the same time & allow the candle to fully pool to ensure the wax burns evenly.

• Burn for a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 4
• Trim the wicks before every use to no shorter than 1cm
• As you inhale the essential oils, practice mindful breathing techniques…breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out through your mouth slowly for 11 seconds

Avoid direct inhalation of any smoke. Keep wax pool clear of matches and debris. Do not move a burning candle. Never use liquid to extinguish. Snuff out the flame, do not blow it out. Place candle upright. Remove all packaging before lighting. Do not place near a heat source. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Do not burn in a draught. Prevent leaving candle unused for prolonged time. Do not use if vessel is damaged. Place on a heat protected level surface. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish if candle flame flickers, smokes or gets too high. Allow the wax pool to harden before re-lighting the candle.
