- The time button dos not work on mine , it is stuck on 1 and I can’t change it from home to car setting
- Hi Claire, To change it between home and car mode please try the steps below: - To change from car mode to home mode, hold down the left hand side (timer) button - To change from home mode to car mode, hold down the right hand side (mist) button I hope this helps.
- Does this auto shut off when the oil is finished. It hasn’t with mine so wanted to check

- Please, does this come with an essential oil? And how long will a bottle of essential oil last? And is the black as noisy as the gold, as I read from the review?
- Hi Temi, Thank you for your question, Only our starter packs come with the essential oil. On the lowest setting, our essential oils will last up to 50 hours in your mini pod. All of the colours of the mini pods have the same level of noise. Hope this helps. Love, NEOM x
