"Looks great and simple to use and plenty of different settings but way too noisy, even when I pick it up so it’s not vibrating off any sort of surface the motor is so noisy, I can’t relax, read or even watch TV with it on it’s so noisy, not sure if this one is faulty so just waiting for customer services to reply."

So good I bought a second

Neom not interested after 12 months

"I absolutely adored my mini oil diffuser. However, it suddenly stopped working, refused to charge. I rang Neom to ask if there was a reason for this, anything I needed to try? The lady simply said, have you had it for 12 months or more? When the answer was yes, she said she could do nothing. Totally unhelpful. Had to throw it away."

Q&A

Hi, can I confirm if I should use Isopropyl Alcohol IPA 99.9 to clean the pod? In the UK rubbing alcohol and surgical spirit are sometimes used interchangeably and I want to make sure I use the correct product. Thanks

I have recent purchased the NEOM Wellbeing Essential Oil Blend Scent Discovery Set where the bottles are 3ml - would these work with this diffuser or does it need to be the larger bottle?
Hi Claire, These are only compatible with our Wellbeing Pod or Wellbeing Pod Luxe and unfortunately not our Wellbeing Pod Mini or Pod Mini+. Thank you.
hi does this only fit NEOM essential oil? or can i fit my essential oil which I purchased from retial store? thanks.
Hi Rhona, We would advise against using them as we have only tested NEOM's own essential oils.
Does this diffuser automatically turn off after a certain time? I have a similar one by another brand but it turns off which is a pain. Thanks

Is this pod an upgrade from the previous model which is fairly noisy, I’ve sent 3 back previously due to them just stopping working ?

The Wellbeing Pod Mini+ is similar in design to our original Pod Mini however it has new features such as a car mode, a home mode and different automated settings, so you can control how much scent you use easily. The Mini+ has waterless and wireless technology and comes with a whole host of features that make it perfect for misting on the go, like a safety-off feature if it’s tilting too much.
