There are three easy ways to use your Essential Oil Blend... 

1. Diffuse through your Wellbeing Pod Add 10 drops to our original Wellbeing Pod or 30 drops to your Wellbeing Pod Luxe.   
2. In the bath Add a few drops directly to your bath whilst the water is running to really supercharge your soak.   
3. In the shower Add a few drops in to your shower and let the oils release their 100% natural fragrance for the ultimate wellbeing experience.
