The Ultimate Wind Down Routine

1. Begin your home fragrance routine by adding 5-10 drops of The Wind Down Essential Oil Blend to your Berry Blush Wellbeing Pod. Choose your preferred settings and let the calming 100% natural fragrance gently fill your space.
2. Next, place The Wind Down Reed Diffuser in your chosen room. Insert the reeds into the fragrance oil and allow the scent to continuously diffuse throughout the day. For a stronger fragrance, use all the reeds and turn them regularly.
3. As the evening draws in, light The Wind Down Scented Candle. Allow the wax to fully pool for an even burn and enjoy the comforting glow and calming fragrance for up to 4 hours.
4. Take a moment to unwind with mindful breathing as the fragrances surround you. Breathe in through your nose for 7 seconds and out slowly through your mouth for 11 seconds to help create the ultimate wind down routine.

Wind Down Reed Diffuser

Never use liquid to extinguish. Snuff out the flame, do not blow it out. Place candle upright. Remove all packaging before lighting. Do not place near a heat source. Keep candles at least 10cm apart. Do not burn in a draught. Prevent leaving candle unused for prolonged time. Do not use if vessel is damaged. Place on a heat protected level surface. Stop use when 10mm of wax remains. Extinguish if candle flame flickers, smokes or gets too high. Allow the wax pool to harden before re-lighting the candle.
