I'm always asked what's hot in the world of wellbeing so here it is... everything I'm loving right now! From the drinks I'm sipping, to the podcasts I'm listening to and even the Instagram accounts that are well worth a follow, here are some of my recent recommendations for you...

The Gummies I'm Trialling...

Dirtea Lion's Mane Gummies

I've been a long standing fan of Dirtea's powders ever since I first tried them (their Matcha Superblend is great), so was intrigued when I saw these new gummies. The Podcast I'm Listing To...

I Don't Think We Talk Enough About... by Helen Marie

A weekly conversation style podcast (my favourite), Helen Marie has done a brilliant job about encouraging her guests to be more open about mental health and wellbeing. As you'd expect from the name, it shines a light on topics that aren't discussed often enough. I especially loved the episode with Sabina Brennan on the science of manifesting - something I've always been quite dubious about but she fully converted me. Also, a shameless plug here from me, but I was also lucky enough to be interviewed by Helen if you fancy a listen to my episode...

The Book I'm Reading Is...

The Uncomfortable Truth: Change Your Life By Taming 10 of Your Mind's Greatest Fears by Anna Mathur

I read this in one sitting so you know it's good. It's based on the principle that we must get comfortable with 10 truths - like people not liking you and that you will fail. It teaches you how to be comfortable with life regardless of what's happening. It's utterly brilliant and her best book yet in my opinion.

Another I've loved lately is Demon Copperhead by Barbara Kingsolver. It's another epic summer ready - really gripping and great if you're looking to fully immerse yourself into something.

The Drink I'm Sipping...

I've always been big on magnesium as it really is a wonder mineral when it comes to wellbeing. Given that summer got off to such a bad start, I've made a promise to go big every time the sun does decide to make an appearance. Whether that's finishing work a little early, taking meetings outside, cancelling anything that's not important and of course dining al fresco, I've committed to making the most of things and being a little more flexible.

I'm currently giving my house a bit of a makeover so have become a little obsessed with interiors. 1stDibs is so good for vintage finds and has some really beautiful things on there. They house all different kinds of furniture, home décor and art as well as jewellery, watches and fashion pieces too.

My Latest Culinary Obsession...

Hunter & Gather Avocado Oil Mayonnaise

Anyone who knows me will know I am OBSESSED with mayo so was pretty thrilled to find this. Free from seed and vegetable oils, no added sugar and made with just four ingredients, I can confirm this is super tasty. It's super creamy and even has a slight tangy twist thanks to the apple cider vinegar.
